Copy entire screen to clipboard.
Save full screen directly to Pictures folder.
Capture only the active window.
Select any area with the modern snip tool.
Some HP laptops require Fn key for Print Screen.
Find the PrtScn key on your HP laptop, usually in the top row near F12. It may be labeled as PrtSc, PrtScn, or Print Screen.
Press Win + Shift + S to open the Snipping Tool toolbar. This is the easiest method for most users.
Choose rectangular, freeform, window, or fullscreen snip, then select the area to capture.
Click the notification that appears to open Snipping Tool and add annotations or crop.
Press Ctrl + S to save, or use the share button to send directly to apps.
If PrtScn doesn't work, try Fn + PrtScn on your HP laptop
